Wearing Instructions
Using contact lenses is simple, but it requires proper hygiene and care. Follow these steps to ensure safe and comfortable wear.
Before You Start
- Always wash your hands with soap and dry them completely before touching your lenses
- Make sure your nails are clean and trimmed
- Handle lenses on a clean, dry surface
How to Insert Lenses
- Place the lens on the tip of your index finger
- Check that the lens is not inside out (it should form a smooth bowl shape)
- Use your other hand to gently hold your upper eyelid
- Pull down your lower eyelid with your finger
- Slowly place the lens onto your eye
- Blink gently until the lens settles comfortably
How to Remove Lenses
- Wash and dry your hands
- Look slightly upward
- Gently pull down your lower eyelid
- Slide the lens downward with your finger
- Pinch it softly between your fingers and remove
Cleaning & Storage
- Always use a recommended lens solution (never water)
- Clean lenses after each use by gently rubbing and rinsing with solution
- Store lenses in a clean case filled with fresh solution
- Replace the solution dailyβdo not reuse old solution
- Clean your lens case regularly and replace it every 1β2 months
Wearing Guidelines
- Do not wear lenses for longer than recommended hours
- Avoid sleeping with lenses unless specified
- Do not wear lenses while swimming or showering
- Remove lenses immediately if you feel discomfort, redness, or irritation

- Do not share your lenses with anyone
- Do not use damaged or expired lenses

First-Time Users
